We create space, time and tools to help teams make sense of complexity and build lasting change.
Access and inclusion work best when they are part of the process from the start. We often support early planning, but we can also step into existing work to identify gaps, centre lived experience and support next steps.
Our approach is shaped by context and informed by lived experience and informed by the social model of disability
We adapt our methods and tools based on the people, needs and environments we’re working with.

Flexible approaches that support different ways of taking part
We draw on a wide range of methods and tools because inclusion doesn’t come from one approach. It takes care, creativity and the willingness to adapt.
We support projects and programmes at different stages.
We shape the work together. This includes exploring priorities, understanding access needs, checking assumptions and agreeing on how we will work.
We design inclusive and ethical participatory research and engagement activities to understand what is happening and who is excluded. This includes listening to lived experience, engaging with stakeholders and mapping wider systems.
We help teams make sense of what they’ve learned. We support reflection, identifying patterns of need and impact and shaping inclusive, practical strategies.
We co-design services, tools or change processes with the people most impacted. We can also support teams through mentoring or facilitation.
We build in learning, feedback and accountability. This helps teams understand what is working, what needs to change and how to keep improving.
