Insights playback with the project team and stakeholders.
As part of work with Thrive by Design, we were commissioned by the University of Oxford and the Nuffield Trust to contribute to a UK-wide research project exploring the impact of remote consultations as a standard approach in primary care.
Our involvement formed part of a wider programme examining the benefits and challenges of remote care.
We focused on embedding participatory and design thinking methods and tools, and digital inclusion considerations to understand how remote consultations could support safe, inclusive, and effective care for different communities.
The project was ongoing, with our input provided at key stages over approximately one year from 2022-23.
